Returns and access formats
Printed and digital reference formats are described on the main page. This document outlines how cancellation or correction requests are handled.
Digital materials
If a download window fails to open because of a technical fault on the operator side, a replacement link may be issued after verification. Requests should include the email used at purchase.
Printed kits
Physical shipments, when offered, may be returned unopened within the period stated on the packing slip. Opened kits are not eligible for return unless misprinted.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment path where possible. Timing depends on the payment provider.
How to request
Send a short description and any reference number to the email address listed in the contact section of the main page. Include whether you seek correction, replacement, or refund.
Record keeping
Correspondence about returns may be stored to prevent duplicate claims. See the privacy page for broader data notes.
